• User/Client: Any individual or entity accessing the Website or engaging the

  recommendations, credit monitoring, entity incorporation and formation, credit
  consulting, and credit limit negotiation advice provided by Bread Squared LLC.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to unauthorized
  access, data scraping, or spamming.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or

• A consultation fee equal to 10% of the total credit obtained by the Client through the Company’s services will apply.
• No results are guaranteed. The Company cannot promise credit approvals,
  increases, or other financial outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay all fees associated with Services rendered.
• Payment methods accepted include credit card, Zelle, CashApp, or wire transfer.
• Payments made via invoice from Bread Squared LLC are legally binding and
  subject to this Agreement.
• Failure to remit payment may result in penalties, interest, collection actions, or
  legal proceedings.
• The 10% consultation fee is payable upon the Client’s approval for credit obtained as a direct or indirect result of the Company’s services.
• The Client agrees to notify the Company promptly upon such approval.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• If the Company materially fails to provide Services as agreed, Clients may request
  review and resolution through our customer support team.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All Website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and
  materials, are the exclusive property of Bread Squared LLC.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Website content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy
  Policy.
• While we take reasonable measures to protect User data, the Company cannot
  guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is completely secure.

8. No Guarantee of Results

• The Company provides consulting, monitoring, and advisory services only.
• No results are guaranteed. Success depends on factors outside of the Company’s control, including the Client’s financial profile, credit history, and third-party institutions’ decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising out of the use of our Services or Website.
• The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for
  Services rendered.

10. Indemnification

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers,
  employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their use of the Website or Services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in
  Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes
  acceptance of the revised Terms.
