The Client affirms that the request for a credit consultation and related services was unsolicited and made solely at the Client’s explicit request.

By signing and submitting this form, the Client voluntarily authorizes Bread Squared LLC, a Texas CSO licensed entity under Bond Number 465781J, to perform a soft inquiry on the Client’s personal and/or business credit profile for review, educational analysis, and consultation purposes only; the Client understands that a soft inquiry does not impact credit scores.

Bread Squared LLC does not represent or imply any affiliation with the federal government, any state or federal agency, or any governmental lending or funding program, and no outcomes, approvals, or results are guaranteed.

All advertising and communications are intended to be transparent and compliant with applicable consumer-protection standards, including Section 5 of the FTC Act and UDAAP principles. The Client further acknowledges that information provided is based on publicly available data and institutional evaluation criteria, delivered through proprietary expertise, and does not constitute a promise or guarantee of credit terms, interest rates, approvals, or funding amounts as contemplated by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).

The Client acknowledges that Bread Squared LLC provides consulting and educational services designed to facilitate credit optimization and strategic positioning with financial institutions based on the Client’s stated information and how institutions evaluate business profiles.

Bread Squared LLC is not a licensed lender, broker, bank, or creditor, and does not market or perform services as such. The Client agrees that the $10 fee charged is strictly for a consultation appointment, compensating the Company for scheduling, preliminary review, and consultation time only; it is not a lending fee, brokerage fee, application fee, or credit cost, and it does not guarantee any result.

Separately, the Client agrees to a 10% business consultation contingency fee as compensation for consulting services and experienced recommendations; this fee is not a brokerage fee and is rendered upon completion of the consulting services. All fees are for consultation services independent of any lending decision, approval, or funding outcome.
